Lisa Carol Freemont is the name of Grace Kelly's character in the Alfred Hitchcock film 'Rear Window', and yet the album cover imagery are stills from the Hitchcock film 'To Catch a Thief' with Kelly and Cary Grant.

This album is commonly referred to as 'L.C.F.' and is listed that way on the spine.

The three band members went off to college just days after they recorded side one.

The songs that made up Unrest's first vinyl 7" 45 (Teenbeat 7) were taken from the same Zoodio Studio session.
